Nicole Clark is a Licensed Social Worker for the State of New Jersey. She is currently working towards her Clinical Social Work License. She received her bachelor's and master's from Monmouth University where she completed the five-year BSW/MSW program with a concentration in clinical practice with families and children. Nicole has experience in both outpatient and Telehealth settings where she has worked with various ages from children to older adults providing mental health treatment. Nicole has experience in treating those suffering from grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and other disorders.
Nicole provides individual counseling to children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking to improve their life. Nicole offers an eclectic approach for each individual as everyone has their own unique way of healing. She thrives to create a warm and welcoming environment for all through an empathetic approach. She will walk with you through every step of your journey guiding you toward your goals. Nicole is dedicated to helping each client realize just how capable they are to handle life's hardest challenges. She utilizes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-based therapy, Dialectical Behavior therapy, Person-centered, and mindfulness techniques.
