Kristen Molloy is a New Jersey Licensed Associate Counselor and a National Certified Counselor and is currently pursuing her Licensed Professional Counselor accreditation. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Jersey. Kristen has experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, providing treatment to various ages, with mental health concerns, and other struggles.

Kristen believes that every individual has the power to control or change their own life. Her personal career goals are to give hope when people feel hopeless, inspire others to be all they are capable of being, and ultimately watch clients walk away from their counseling experience feeling capable and excited to live their own personal journey. Kristen has an eclectic approach to counseling and utilizes therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Positive Psychology, and more. Kristen understands that each individual is on their own personal journey and therefore requires a unique and individualized approach to treatment, and she strives to meet them there.
